Assessment, filtration and purification

Review system condition and discuss air purification or media filter options compatible with the equipment.

Air duct cleaning and sanitizing

Cleaning and sanitizing are available; sanitizing is commonly coordinated after duct cleaning. Deodorizing is normally part of that work.

Dehumidifiers and humidifiers

XQS installs standalone or HVAC-connected dehumidifiers. Humidifiers are available on request, with the scope evaluated for the property.

Condensate drain line cleaning

Available within AC maintenance or separately. Let the team know whether you need other services at the same visit.
